Haven't Received My Rewards

Briefly describe your issue:

Three days ago, I got the notice to claim my rewards. so i do the little dance of placing the triangle into the square icon. Only it keeps saying oops, try again. So I dance this little dance for about 10 minutes, to no affect. At this point I’m getting annoyed, and wondering what is the purpose of even having to play the icon matching game. its just another layer of hassle.

Anyway, I DM’d a support person to get this fixed. Its not fixed. But now I’m getting the message that my 6.903 BAT March rewards are on the way. Despite already teasing me with this upcoming event with the icon matching game, three days before. When I spent 10 minutes attempting to claim my reward.

Last month, a bug took 100 BAT out of my wallet without my consent. Claiming that i contributed it, when i certainly didn’t. I had contributions turned off from back when i first switched to Brave. But your bug apparently turns that back on. I haven’t gotten my 100 BAT back, because i doubt that you have any intention of fixing the problem and making it right. Its amazing how the bugs only go in the one direction of taking peoples BAT and not giving it.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

All I have is my Brave wallet. I haven’t verified with uphold or Gemini.

What date did you verify your wallet?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Every month for years now.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

You mean after the bug turns it back on, or the first time i turned it off back when i first downloaded Brave? BTW, is this going to be an ongoing bug? Do i need to check my dashboard every day to be sure the bug hasn’t inexplicably turned it back on? And even if it is on, and i don’t contribute to anyone, why does it see fit to pilfer my wallet without any action on my part? will i ever see my 100 BAT returned, or will this just languish as everybody passes the problem onto to others in support.
