Haven't received my BAT rewards since December

I started using Brave in December. I haven’t received any of my rewards for the months of January through March, even when I claimed the BAT reward. I should have around 10 BAT in my wallet but month after month I end up not receiving it. Only having 1.5 BAT in my wallet from the only time I actually received it, December, I’ve finally decided to contact support after 4 months.
