Haven't received BATs in months

Hi, I have Uphold connected with my Brave account, but haven’t received BATs at all.

Will I receive all the missing BATs from all these months, if possible?

What Operating System and Brave version are you using? Android, 1.71.118

Who is your verified custodian? Uphold

Are you in a supported region? England

@Philip2024 If you have multiple months worth of missing payments then it usually means your account has been flagged, which is another way of saying your account is suspended for unusual behavior. You would not have earned any BAT during the time you have been flagged.

You need to create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 so someone from Brave can take a close look at your account(s). If it is flagged, they’ll tell you as much and make a determination as to whether they will reinstate your account or if it will remain flagged (permanently banned/suspended from receiving payments).

If it turns out to be a different issue, they’ll work on fixing it for you.
