Haven’t received any solution

I’ve contacted the Brave developers, but after months of waiting, I still haven’t received any solution.

Since June I haven’t received my earned BAT.

Also, for 4 months my rewards haven’t increased when opening ads.

Another problem that I have encountered is that I have tried to add a new device to Uphold (I only have two connected), but I get the message “Devices limit reached”.
