Have not recieved any rewards for the past 4 months since receiving my lost rewards

About 3 to 4 months ago I lost all my rewards. After a month or so I received them all back but from then on I wasn’t earning anymore rewards even thought Im still doing adds and all my settings are like they have always been. Has anyone had this issue and or know what I should do?
