Have not received my BAT Reward

Briefly describe your issue:
I started using Brave Rewards and connected Brave to my Gemini wallet (first time) on Sept 8th. I still have yet to receive my Sept reward and the first-time connecting bonus on my Gemini wallet. All the accumulated BAT reward has disappeared from my Brave browser.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Windows 10 - V1.30.87

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? No, this is my first time trying to claim the payment

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold?? No Uphold link
