I am on a Mac, in NY State so can’t currently register with Uphold, but I had no problem getting BAT for about two months. Starting in early March, the in-browser ads that used to generate BAT for me stopped working, and I haven’t gotten a pop-up ad in over a month. My browser is up to date.
