GTK+ Theme Context Menus Dark -- 1.1.20 & 1.1.21

Brave 1.1.20 and 1.1.21 on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS with the default GTK+ theme. Since these two versions, my context menus have defaulted from white to black and are unreadable. See screenshot below.

This exists on all instances of Brave on my different laptop and desktop machines.
