Greyed out screen remove only though inspect element

Trying to use Depop and Vinted, a dark overlay covers the site and I cant click on anything.

I can only remove it in F12 inspect element. The line of code I delete to get rid of it is

once the overlay is gone I can now click on things but can no longer scroll.

any fixes?
