Had to log out and log back in after this to go back to normal.
OS: Fedora Linux 39 (Workstation Edition)
Brave: v 1.62.165

i can thing of some reason
- update brave since the latest version is v1.63.162
- disable all extension and see if it make differance
- clear cache while disable all extensions (private mode will step 2 and 3 in single step)
- make sure you updated your gui do you have invidia gpu?
- disable hardware acceralartion
