Grab.tc falsely claiming that you earn $5 from downloading brave browser with their ref link

I just found this faucet site that advertises EVERYWHERE on his site that if you download brave browser (with his ref link) then you get $5 somehow, which is completely false. He just has banners everywhere on his site but no actual info how you would claim this $5.

surely this can not be OK? So many people must feel tricked and it cant bring a good image on Brave
