GPU running at 20% with just a 'home' tab opened

I have a very strange problem lately.
GPU is running at 20% when I open completely empty Brave browser.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

1. Open Task Manager on Performance tab and watch the GPU section
2. Open Brave. All plugins disabled, Brave rewards off.
3. GPU will start rising and keep at around 20%

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Expected result:
1-3 % GPU running, since I ave Radeon RX570 and Ryzen2700x Processor

Reproduces how often:
Every time it’s the same. I started to notice this only recently. It didn’t use to happen before.

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Win10, Radeon RX570 and AMD Ryzen 2700x Processor

Figured what happens! But don’t have the solution yet!

Every time Brove starts it runs the service called “Game Recordings and Live Broadcasts” (BcastDVRUserService_4c2e7) and as soon that happens the GPU starts running at aprox 38% for ‘Video Encode’ and 15% for “3D” on my Radeon RX570 video card.
Yes… It looks that now, a couple of days after my first report of this problem, the probblem actually increased from 20% to 37-39% run of my graphic card.
I should mention that nortmaly it runs at 5%. , which also happens immediately after I close Brave.

Temp solution:

Go to the Srettings -> Game bar and turn the Record game clips[…] OFF

After that Brave won’t start the thingy by itself anymore.
