Got a new phone, but my wallet on my current one still hasn't synced to my uphold account. What should I do?

So basically, I have a balance of about 50usd in my mobile brave browser wallet. I asked on the community, and had it explained to me that it’s a known issue, and I need to wait for them to sort it out.

My issue is that I now have a new phone, and would like to get rid of my old phone, but I don’t want to lose the 50usd in the wallet.

What should I do? I can’t even find a way to back my wallet up, and then restore it on my new phone.
