Google search translation set to Gujurati instead of "detect language"

Description of the issue: Whenever I need to translate something I usually just type the word “translate” in my browser url and it takes me to a google search result that has the Google Translate box embedded as a search result. In EVERY browser except Brave, it sets the defaults to “detect language” on the left side and “English” on the right side.

However, in Brave, it sets the defaults to “Gujarati” on the left side.

Here is a screenshot showing this:

How do I get it to default back to “detect language”?

Also note, if I go directly to google translate at https://translate.google.com it sets the default as “detect language” on that page. It is just the search results page that is set to Gujarati.

ALSO: this only seems to happen when I am logged into google in brave, if I log out or use an Incognito window it doesn’t happen.

Exact URL of the website in question: https://www.google.com/search?q=translate
