Gmail blocked: We've detected a problem with your cookie settings

Good day,

I get the error page (image below): “We’ve detected a problem with your cookie settings” from Google when trying to logon to Gmail.

I have:

  • Disabled all shields for the site
  • Disabled all default shields
  • Gone to the Chromium settings and allowed cookies here: brave://settings/content/cookies
  • Cleared browser cache and restarted

Still get the same redirect, 100% of the time.

It works in a private browser window, but that is painful to use regularly - must enter user, password and confirm login on phone.

Platform: Windows 10 (fully patched); Brave Version 0.65.121 Chromium: 75.0.3770.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Any other suggestions?

I’m getting the same issue on Mac desktop version. I clear cache and allow all cookies. Sometimes I’ll make it to the password page, while most of the time I can’t even get to the login page to begin entering credentials. Help would be appreciated!
