My first name and last name as it asks me
You can’t enter any special characters like ( , . ) etc.
no special characters. just my first and last name. 4 letters a space and 6 letters.
Can you send a screenshot of what you are entering if you don’t mind?

you know what, i think it was the browser. I acutally used the link in Edge and it is working.

I have been able o resolve the issue by using edge. When I try to access with Brave it does not work. But using Edge will work for now.
