Get rid of windows 10 multimedia overlay

Description of the issue: While using an external application to play music (Spotify) and having brave running in the background (not playing any music!) when multimedia keys are used, eg. the prev/next track, volume up/down this annoying, unnecessary, windows 10 multimedia overlay taking is taking place.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
1.Use some external app to play music,
2.Have brave running in the background,
3.Hit multimedia key,

Expected result:
Get rid of it and free my soul.

Reproduces how often:
Evry tim kei is hit,

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Windows 10

I believe this is due to the way Chromium handles media key bindings. To resolve,

  1. Type brave://flags into the address bar
  2. Search for a flag called #hardware-media-key-handling
  3. Disable this flag and allow the page to refresh
