The browsers I usually use are iCab and Sleipnir.
iCab:
Multi-touch can be customized. In my case, I have designated “close the tab” with two fingers touch. Create a new tab with three fingers touch.
Customization settings can not be made for tab switching. Swiping in from the end of the screen inward, it is switching tabs.
Sleipnir:
This is similar to Chrome. “Close the tab”, Swipe down first and then swipe to the right. It is “L” in letters. Repeat twice in succession, close all tabs.
