As @lowner mentioned it’s pretty impossible that an exchange works globally. It’s because of different rules & regulations around the world by different governments. Like im from India and the rules here don’t seem to be Viable for crypto exchange and businesses. Therefore many exchanges have been hinting the same since a few days.
