Work fine on my laptop, Windows 11, Brave 1.38.
Try opening page in a Private Window by holding CTRL+SHIFT+N simultaneously or click Brave settings (burger icon @ top right corner) then New Private Window.
Result?
Still happens. Do you have Ads and Fingerprint both set to Aggressive?
Should be fixed? Checked standard/aggressive, playback of video is fine.
