Something is not quite right here. These are my Rewards screens on 1st run, and again after Rewards are enabled.

Just want to confirm this, I saw the same thing on the previous version and still see it on the current:
Version 0.55.12 Chromium: 70.0.3538.45 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)
That said, Rewards are out of the scope of the Beta anyway, as far as I know.
