Fullscreen button not working on some sites

Hello

So as I was exploring the web with Brave I found out that the fullscreen button does not work for some websites. The ones that I found have this bug are Udemy and Twitch. I guess they have similar streaming, that is different to Youtube, where the button works.

This is also the case for a lot of video sites like

Full screen button just does nothing.

Latest Brave Version 0.21.18, latest MacOS High Sierra
