Freshworks cookies issue

Description of the issue:
Hi guys I have an issue with using Brave browser on Desktop and the freshworks.com services, specifically freshdesk.com. Whenever I try to login, I get an error saying I need to enable Third Party Cookies.


I’ve tried following the guide and enabling the cookies + dropping the shield, but the result is the same.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Connect to the freshworks.com site
  2. Go to freshdesk logon URL
  3. The system will redirect back to freshworks and show the error.

Expected result:
I should get a prompt that would allow me to login.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
0.65.120

Seems okay? Didn’t get any errors here. If you still get errors you can “allow all cookies” in the sheilds menu in the url bar.
