French language : accents not supported on Facebook

Hi, the title says it all. It puts “??” instead of “é, è, à, ç” that compose the french langage. I notices it on Facebook messenger, but maybe it happens on other websites… What can be done plase ? thanks.Screenshot_1

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. send a message with accents
  2. check the correspondant conversation page
  3. see all accents replaces by “??”

Expected result: “é à è ç ë” etc working

Brave Version( check About Brave): Version 1.15.76 Chromium: 86.0.4240.111 (Build officiel) (64 bits)
