Freezed rewards on brave wallet

Briefly describe your issue:
My rewards look like they’re freezed at a certain amount. Next payout is due on february the 7th… And the number of received ads remains the same for 3 weeks now. I wonder if it’s just a display bug or something else.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Monterey 12.2 / Brave 1.35.104

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
I tried but I got a “something went wrong” message after being redirect from Uphold website.

What date did you verify your wallet?
Few moths ago and today. 13/03/2022

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes, and I just noticed I received a payment on march 11th. Now I wonder why the data displayed on Uphold/Brave wallet/Brave homepage don’t match, is it just a display problem ?
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
My only linked device is my laptop and auto-contributions are turned off.

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
