After restarting my pc, i open brave and try to look at a youtube video, and the video seems to be in slow motion while the sounds is at full speed and every 10 second the video goes at 2 times speed to catch up, and it happens not only on youtube but other tasks. It never happened before. While i look at the stats on youtube i can see that i have frame drops, like a lot.
How can this issue be reproduced?
I don’t know how it can be reproduced, i don’t even understand why it is happening

Additional Information:
I have an rtx 3080 and a ryzen 3900x, i have 1gb internet speed. So i don’t why it’s happening. I’ve tried watching videos on microsoft edge and everything is working on edge. No frames drops, no video slow down or catch up.
Even now when i’m writing this i can perceive some latency.
