Fox Business Won't Work with Brave Shields Enabled

Description of the issue:
Fox Business site is unresponsive with Brave Shields enabled. Videos play automatically but no navigation is possible. Turning off Shields returns to normal. This is new and possibly started with the latest Brave version.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to Foxbusiness.com

Expected result:
Site should be responsive to cursor movement.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.19.90 Chromium: 88.0.4324.146 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
Linux Mint Cinnamon 19.3
