Description of the issue:
“Focus menu bar” shortcut resets back to its default shortcuts (some combination of Alt, AltGr and F10) on browser relaunch.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
1. Launch Brave
2. Go to Settings>System>Shortcuts
3. Delete all shortcuts for “Focus menu bar”
4. Close brave and relaunch
5. Press “Alt”
Actual Result:
Alt is still mapped to “Focus menu bar”
Expected R esult:
Alt should do nothing (unless it’s mapped to something else)
