Floating bookmark icon "blooms" too often

  2. A bookmark icon floats over the bottom right corner of the screen
  3. The icon expands radially to conceal most of the screen with an orange fill
  4. A message appears suggesting the page can be bookmarked
  5. Pressing the orangyness makes the fill go away but the icon persists
  6. The is acceptable feature teaching the first time it appears, but it gets old after the hundredth time it appears
