Description of the issue:
first use of brave fails to import from chromium. It just repeatedly says “close all chromium windows and try again”. I am certain I have closed/killed all chromium windows/processes.

first use brave on linux mint 19.x
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
dialog saying “close all chrome windows”… repeats endlessly
Expected result:
it should just import the settings
Reproduces how often:
every time
