When I enter any page, this icon appears even though there is no text before the first click. Once I click, I can click anywhere on the page. I reset the settings and my problem was not solved.
For example, to open any video on youtube, the text selection icon comes first, after clicking once, it returns to the normal cursor and I can use it normally.
