Filter for Vietnam is not work with fimfast

Current ad filter do not working for some site. in Viet Nam. Example fimfast.com
I prefer to use ad filter called ABPVN https://github.com/abpvn/abpvn
This is default on Adblock Plus and uBlock Origin

the site http://fimfast.com/ Is blocked here, via cloudflare.
