Feedback on Tab Speed, Accidental Opening of New Windows Instead of Opening Tabs

As of current, I’m finding it very hard, if not impossible, to swap from tab to tab without Brave thinking I’m dragging and wanting to open a new window, unless I’m extremely precise with my motions.

Here’s a very short example of a tiny mouse twitch as I click a tab bringing that tab into a new window.

System Information:

OS: Windows 10 Pro, Version 10.0.17134 Build 17134.

VERY detailed Speccy:

Brave: 0.23.31
rev: 3148acef36dba0fce89108638bb27927c4937f90
Muon: 7.1.5
OS Release: 10.0.17134
Update Channel: Release
OS Architecture: x64
OS Platform: Microsoft Windows
Node.js: 7.9.0
Brave Sync: v1.4.2
libchromiumcontent: 67.0.3396.103

I can’t currently reach my desktop to confirm if this is limited strictly to this PC, but will update my post there if so.

Hi @GaiaFisher,

It’ll be fixed with brave-core, rewrite version coming later this year. For workaround, you can use Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab to navigate between tabs.

Thank you,
