February Brave rewards not adding and BAT earnings counter frozen for a week

Briefly describe your issue:

I just started to use/verify brave rewards two months ago, by Christmas I would like to report to issues related with Brave Rewards.

Firstly, February rewards not accrued to my Gemini, the amount shown in my Gemini accounts remains unchanged, albeit the information of February rewards is not visible anymore.

Secondly, I noticed that BAT earnings counting has frozen and remains unchanged for a week or so.

OS: Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brave: Version 1.36.112 Chromium: 99.0.4844.51 (Official Build) (64-bit)

What date did you verify your wallet?


Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Until January no issues.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)


Are you in a supported region (see here 8 for list of supported regions)?

I think I am. I am based in Portugal, Europe.

Does your device pass the SafteyNet 4 check (Android only)?

At the moment, not using Brave in android yet.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

Since Gemini payments are complete, you should DM a moderator and ask them to check on your payment status. If your account is flagged, that will stop you from receiving ads and payments. You should DM the moderators. Include a link to your post and the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals )
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version )
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in `Settings → Brave Rewards

Mattches and Steeven are the moderators who handle most of the rewards issues.

How to DM a moderator:

  1. Click on their icon and select the Message button in the top right corner or
  2. You can go to your profile and create a new message in Messages.
