I’ve recommended your service during a complete year. But I think that now you need more resources to respond to the multiple issues that happen with your software. A response or just a simple “we are working on that, we’ll solve your issue” is missing.
I’m worried because we are ending the current month and I still have no received my complete payment for february. There are tons of users asking you for the same issue.
I think that it’s time for you to say what is going on. If you don’t, we will just think that your platform is problematic and will have to spread the word to don’t use it. I don’t want to, but we will have to.
