I’ve recommended your service during a complete year. But I think that now you need more resources to respond to the multiple issues that happen with your software. A response or just a simple “we are working on that, we’ll solve your issue” is missing.
I’m worried because we are ending the current month and I still have no received my complete payment for february. There are tons of users asking you for the same issue.
