Feature Request: Browser Config Report / Importable Config

I have two feature requests, they somewhat dovetail together.

Feature Request #1
Please give Brave built in ability to export a documentation level record report of:

  1. extensions installed
    ,… including url to chrome store installed from
  2. configuration changes from default

Feature Request #2
Please give Brave the ability to export/import a working configuration between installations.

Starting in PC “A”

  1. perform fresh install of Brave
  2. configure as desired
  3. install extensions
  4. manage extensions as desired
  5. export a Brave “config package” file

Move to PC “B”

  1. perform fresh install of Brave
  2. import “Config Package” file from the other PC step 5

Bonus points if the “Config Package” export page has the option to allow the end user to include extension binary files to reinstall upon import.
