Hi Brave Community and Dev Team,
I’m really enjoying the Split View feature in Brave, which lets me view two tabs side by side—great for multitasking! However, I’ve noticed that the split-screen layout doesn’t automatically restore after closing and reopening the browser or restarting my computer, unlike Microsoft Edge’s split-screen feature, which preserves tab layouts across sessions.
I’d love to see Brave add the ability to auto-restore the Split View layout, including the specific tabs, after a browser or system restart. This would make workflows much smoother for those of us who rely on Split View daily.
Is this feature already in the works, or could it be considered for a future update? Happy to provide more details or feedback if needed!Thanks for all the great work on Brave!
