Description of the issue:
When attempting to connect to your Twitch account or load some multistream sites Brave does not work, leaving you logged out or unable to load the site at all.
Originally you could not log in and chat, recently there is a “failed to load module” message for all of the sites.

Steps to reproduce
- Load a multistream website
- Add a few channels (particularly 1 that needs you to follow to chat)
- Attempt to log into twitch
- Attempt to chat on a channel that requires you to be logged in (eg following)
Did the issue present with default Shields settings? (yes/no)
Yes
Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off?
No
Is there a specific Shields configuration that causes the site to break? If so, tell us that configuration. (yes/no):
No
Does the site work as expected when using Chrome?
Yes, they all work.
