I see the same problem, though clicking about:brave didn’t restore the Last Pass icon.
When I enabled Last Pass initially, I did see its icon just fine.
Exited Brave. Shutdown computer. Returned hours later. No Last Pass icon.
The little Last Pass icon is in login fields on sites, but I don’t see the master Last Pass icon near the top of Brave’s window.

It’s the next day. Started computer. Last Pass icon is back, appears to function properly.
The only setting I remember changing since my post yesterday was telling Brave to forget all cookies on exit. So I don’t know what fixed it, but it’s working now.

I use Brave on another computer (a Windows one); it did not have the “missing Last Pass icon” problem at all.

I’ve had similar behavior as well for the last few version with LastPass, including the latest version.

I can replicate this pretty easily:

  1. Open a new Brave browser window
  2. Click on the LastPass icon
  3. The LastPass box will open, then be transparent.
  4. Click off the LastPass box
  5. Click on the Lastpass button again and it will display.

Here are some screen shots in Evernote:

No extensions appearing for me. I use the 0.23.31 Brave version now, but it is not a new problem. I turned on Bitwarden, Pocket, Torrent Viewer and Honey, but non of them appeared in the browser. I can’t use any extensions in Brave. Nor 1Password, nor MetaMask appearing if I turning them on. Can anyone show me a screenshot about the working extensions, because for me, these are as they don’t exists.

Hello,

No extension (Lastpass & Pocket) is working on my Brave (Win 10). No extension ever worked in my last three versions of Brave.

I also have the same problem, on Windows 10.
Even switched to the beta channel hoping it would be fixed.
I have Save to Pocket, Honey and Bitwarden flipped on, and none of those extensions are showing.

It seems to be a Windows 10 problem. I tried Brave on my work computer (which is a Windows 7 machine), and all the extensions showed up as they should.

#15

I also had the 1Password extension disappear after recent Brave update. (on Mac, not Windows)

What worked for me was going to Brave Preferences > Extensions, turned off the 1Password extension, restarted Brave, turned extension back on, then the extension appeared again at top right.

#16

^ This worked for me too.

#17

I believe this is due to a corrupt extension- I’ve had this happen a few times before

If you go to your profile directory ( %appdata%\brave\ on Windows or ~/Library/Application Support/brave/ on macOS) there should be an extensions folder. If you close Brave first and then delete the LastPass folder under here (it may be using the extension ID, which is hdokiejnpimakedhajhdlcegeplioahd ), Brave will re-fetch the extension when you log back in
