Description of the issue:
Popups from extensions are blank or complete artifacts
How can this issue be reproduced?
Use any chrome extension that has windows that pop up (like metamask). If you close it, and cause it to popup again, it may or may not go away. Sometimes it is transparent instead of distorted.
Expected result:
no distortion/artifacts
