Expressvpn extension not working

Hi,

I’m having the exact same problem than this user: Problems installing Expressvpn extension

Basically, expressvpn desktop app is work and running. Firefox extension detects it properly, but Brave’s doesn’t.

Environment:

  • OS: Ubuntu 18.04
  • Brave version: Versión 0.68.132 Chromium: 76.0.3809.132 (Build oficial) (64 bits). Installed via official deb package (NOT snap)
  • Expressvpn version: expressvpn version 2.2.0 (466214a)
  • Expressvpn extension version: 4.4.0.3176
