ETH Sent to Brave Wallet Address does not appear in Brave Account balance


I’ve been using Brave for a while now. Today I decided to give Brave Payments a try and so I sent 0.135 Ether to the browser’s wallet address (that was given to me after clicking the “Add funds” button and ETH symbol.
This is the transaction:
It’s been 2 hours since, and no BATs in my account. :slight_smile:

Update: please check to see if your balance is displaying before performing the below steps, we found and issue and have been working on resolving all accounts affected. If you see your balance now just let us know and there’s no need to follow the below steps. Thanks!

Could you please navigate to %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming and open ledger-state.json file (you can just use a text editor to view this file). Once you have this open, could you please locate ‘paymentId’? Then copy and paste it into a private message to me? We need ‘paymentId’ to research this.
