Estimation of pending earnings

Hi,
I have 14 BAT in my Estimation of pending earnings during APRIL, i just collect my rewards this morning and i just received 0,500 BAT and my Estimation of pending earnings stay at 14 BAT.

This is normal or can i clam my 14 Rewards BAT ?
