Error on the payment screen 10-05-2020

Good day lately I get a warning saying "At the time we generated the payout report your account was in locked status from removing your 2FA. You will not be able to receive payment for this cycle. "

How do I remove this warning. How can I get the payment. Even though I have activated Google verification. Can you help me ?
