Error on startup

When starting brave nightly, the default homepage isn’t displayed.
Console is flooded by the same error.

could you try disable hardware acceleration

Is there anything I can do to fix hardware acceleration or is this something Brave has to fix?

sorry idk if the hardware this can get fixed by brave or chrome only or it’s can get fixed also by driver of your hardware

Hi,

I maintain that aur. It turns out that chromium now ships their own libEGL and libGLES. Installing those into the brave directory takes care of these error messages and re-enables hardware acceleration.

I’ve updated the AUR to pull those files from chromium.
