Additional Information: plz fix your bugs, I have already received payout but the wallet is not connecting with the new update, I have already verified

@Itsmeshiva Can you try to go to Uphold and see if they have any notifications? By the sounds of it they are looking for your CDD/KYC or have some other sort of verification they need. They can randomly ask for more information at times, but especially if you’re new to using them.

Also, for staff here to assist, they will need to know when you verified your wallet, what operating system you’re using, and which version of Brave you’re using.

If, by chance, you say that you have been using Uphold & Brave for a long time, have received BAT in the past, Uphold shows nothing to do when you go to Uphold’s website and log in, your browser is updated to the most recent, and you’re still experiencing this issue, then we’d have to pull staff in here to look. But if possible, it will help if you can have all of those details shared here so they can get past it and focus on the next step.
