Error: Brave Rewards profile is flagged for last 4 months

I have not been receiving Brave Ads for at least 4 months now, I thought it could geographical restrictions but when I tried to verify wallet to the brave browser got the message saying “its flagged”. I am not sure what I did wrong for it to be flagged and when was the last “automatically re-evaluated” review done to let me know as a user how long its going to take to solve. what I need to do from my end to get this fixed and start earning BAT tokens. Thank you

Can I get some help here, I am still unable to verify my wallet with the Brave browser.
