I can’t login to my account at


when I try to enter the link sent to my email I have a 500 error I wish they solved my problem as soon as possible

that happened right after I disconnected “uphold” and connected another account

Can you try to clear your cache first, @genesis? In case that can solve your issue.

I do not think it is the cache because I try to enter from my cell phone and my same thing happens

three days have passed and the problem still persists …

I have exactly the same error. Except it happened when i removed a web link on a different account so that the new account could except it or transfer it. but instead it keeps giving server error 500.
