Entire Browser Window flashing when GPU Acceleration is enabled

Description of the issue:
When I Enable GPU Acceleration, the entire Brave Window flashes in black until I disable it.
This wouldn’t be so big of a deal if it wasn’t for the fact that I need GPU acceleration for WebGL apps to run at more than 5 fps.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Enable GPU Acceleration
  2. Restart Brave
  3. Move your Mouse.

Expected result:
Nothing.
Brave Version:
1.45.118
Additional Information:
OS: Windows 11 22H2
CPU: i9-9900K
GPU: RTX 3080

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and sorry to hear you’re having trouble with Brave. Please try clearing cookies to see if this solves the issue:

  1. Click on the Menu icon in the top right, and go to Settings
  2. Go to Additional settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data
