Enter Key Moves To The Next Textarea Instead Of Submitting

Description of the issue:
While using Brave, pressing enter on the keyboard moves down to the next textarea, if available, instead of submitting text as it would on a PC. This does not happen with Firefox mobile or the built in Samsung browser, it’s an issue with Brave.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Navigate to a page with multiple textareas, such as Google’s advanced search page.
  2. Enter some text in the first box.
  3. Press enter.

Expected result:
After pressing enter it should submit the form. Instead it just moves down to the next textbox and continues doing so until it gets to the last one and has no others to move to.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Brave 1.5.9. This has been a problem for as long as I can remember.

Mobile Device details
Samsung Galaxy S10+ running Android 10.
Same issue persisted on a Samsung Galaxy S8+ running Android 8.0.0 Oreo.

Additional Information:
There are a lot of pages on the internet that have multiple text boxes on them, such as an address and payment form for an online merchant. Going back to correct errors with Brave on these pages is a nightmare because pressing enter just moves me down instead of submitting the form with the corrected entry. This can lead to having to press enter dozens of times to finally submit a form as it advances to the next textarea with each enter key press, and it can even mess things up when it moves to a textbox that has an automatic date entry associated with it that opens a calendar when the textbox is clicked on.
